How to Put on Japanese False Nails?

To put on Japanese nails, you need nail glue and nail file.

1. Match the size of your nails with the fitting Japanese nail tips. Note that a set of Japanese nails comes in various sizes, make sure you are using the right one!

2. Use file to fix tips to fit your measurements by smoothing out the edges and adjust to the shape of your nails.

3. For every day usage, trim down the edges of the nail if necessary and file the tips to match your finger nails.

4. Apply nail glue onto half of the nail tips, make sure to spread out evenly and not clump a bunch of glue together in one spot. This will make it difficult to remove and cause a bumpy surface. Don’t take too long, or else the glue may be dried by the time you finish.

5. Stick the Japanese false nails on your own nails. Press and hold for at least 20 seconds until stabilized. Do not lift heavy things or use your nails excessively until glue is completely dried.

6. File the tips if needed to do some last minute touch- ups. Now you have beautiful Japanese style nails!!

How to Remove Japanese False Nails?

To remove Japanese Nails, you need nail buffer, shiner and a wooden stick.

1. Soak your hands in warm water for at least 5 minutes. This will soften up the Japanese false nails, loosen up the glue and make removal that much easier.

2. Use a wooden stick to carefully create loose bonds between the false nails and your actual nails. Slowly peel off nail tip from one side. Stop and use wooden stick to help you if necessary. Do not overdo it or else you could damage your own nails instead.

3. Use a nail buffer to remove glue resident. Soaking your hands and nails in warm water again will also help remove glue faster.

4. Use shiner to clean up your nails and smooth out the edges. Now you are ready to do anything you want with your nails again!

Note: Do not use nail polish removal to remove Japanese Nails. Also, please keep Japanese False Nails out of children’s reach.
